naplniť Imbue sa narodil 19. januára 1988 v Londýne. Detstvo prežil v grófstve Kent v juhovýchodnom Anglicku. Umelec si pamätá, že bol vždy kreatívny, čo jeho otec tankoval. Imbueove prvé streetartové experimenty v Brightone zahŕňali množstvo techník využívajúcich farby, značenie a tlačové techniky na dosiahnutie jeho jedinečného štýlu. V roku 2009 si urobil meno ako umelec a mal svoju prvú samostatnú show „A World Gone Mad“ v Brighton's Ink-d Gallery. Ako súčasný umelec hrá, provokuje a poháňa témy a známe ikony súčasnej krajiny. Toto sú minisochy Coca-Cola-come-Panna Mary, ktorých cieľom je zmeniť spôsob nášho myslenia. Imbue: Umenie bol jediný predmet, ktorý mi v škole pripadal prirodzený a pohodlný, tak som sa ho držal. Po rokoch som sa stal posadnutým graffiti a street artom a uvedomil som si, že to nebolo len o olejomaľbe a tradičnejších umeleckých štýloch. Zdalo sa mi to vzrušujúce a mal som pocit, že neexistujú žiadne pravidlá pouličného umenia, ktoré by pre mňa fungovali. Étos DIY znamenal, že som sa mohol len pripojiť a nemusel som čakať na povolenie niekoho iného. Začal som robiť plagáty a nálepky, potom sa časť mojich prác uložila do galérie a odtiaľ to išlo. Hoci to niektorí umelci možno nechcú povedať, zarábanie peňazí na mojom umení bolo pre mňa rozhodujúcim momentom a uvedomením si, že sa môžem živiť tým, čo ma baví. Teraz aj v galérii NL. Er arbeitet in seinem Atelier in Barcelona oder in Mainz. Die Fotos für seine „Racing Legende“ Serie erstellt er selbst. Dafür ist er im Sommer viel mit den eigenen Klassikern unterwegs. Auf Rallyes, Treffen oder Ausfahrten in ganz Europa. Von Le Mans bis Goodwood, von den Dolomiten bis an die Ostsee. Immer ist die Kamera dabei und es wird nach neuem Material gesucht. Fotografie ist seine Leidenschaft. Seine Originale entstehen als Collage auf Leinwand, die nun mit Schleifpapier und Bürsten zunächst „verletzt“, später mit Acrylfarbe, Lacken oder Sprühfarbe wider aufgebaut werden. Und mehr noch- das Bild bekommt neue Farbakzente und Struktur. Texte dienen als grafische Elemente. Überhaupt versteht Haub sich nicht als klassischer Künstler, sondern vielmehr als Macher, der verschiedene Disziplinen, wie Fotografie, Grafikdesign oder Malerei neu zusammenfügt und daraus Unikate entstehen lässt. Markus Haub is always about cars. He works in his studio in Barcelona or in Mainz. He creates the photos for his "Racing Legende" series himself. In the summer he travels a lot with his own classic cars. At rallies, meetings or trips all over Europe. From Le Mans to Goodwood, from the Dolomites to the Baltic Sea. The camera is always there and we are looking for new material. Photography is his passion. His originals are created as collages on canvas, which are first "damaged" with sandpaper and brushes, and later rebuilt with acrylic paint, varnish or spray paint. And even more - the picture gets new color accents and structure. Texts serve as graphic elements. In general, Haub does not see himself as a classic artist, but rather as a doer who reassembles different disciplines such as photography, graphic design or painting and creates unique pieces from them.
